| Senior Software Engineer (UT) |
We're looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer that is eager to join our team and be an integral part of our ongoing growth. This individual will have 10+ years experience, including at least five years designing, developing and shipping enterprise high-quality software products. Equally important, this individual must be a self-starter with the vision and passion to get the job done in a fast-moving environment.
The successful candidate will be a senior technical engineer and have proven experience with a customer release of a successful commercial software product, preferably for corporate use in business process management and data integration. Current knowledge of, and preferably, experience with Java technical and business issues in both server environments.
Minimum requirements:
- 10+ years experience, including five years developing and shipping enterprise quality software products
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Complex design skills: this person will be asked to review and understand high level marketing requirements and then write and review detailed technical engineering designs for complex products and systems
- Full lifecycle experience: requirements/use cases, design, coding, testing and release, with experience designing high quality software and then developing products that meet aggressive release schedules
- Understanding of issues related to product usability, performance, security and scalability, and ability to express technical topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Experience with workflow, transactions, EJBs, application servers, and distributed systems
- Successful candidates need to be dependable, accountable, self-motivated, innovative, and a team player
Preferred candidates will also have some or all of:

We're looking for a talented Sr. Software Engineer that is eager to be an integral part of our organization. This individual will have 5+ years full life cycle software development experience. Equally important, this individual must be a self-starter with the vision and passion to get the job done in a fast-moving environment.
We require that you have experience developing commercial products for a software vendor, preferably products dealing with integration, using a full lifecycle methodology. Must lead research, architect, design, develop & implement complex software applications using Java Multithreading, JFC, JLOOX, Web Services, J2EE, EJB, JMS, XML, JAXB, UML on UNIX & Windows. There are plenty of opportunities to jump in and be a core member of this exciting team.
Minimum requirements:
- Education - BS Computer Science or equivalent
- Five+ years experience in full lifecycle development (requirements, design, development, testing) for commercial software products.
- Expert understanding of Java and J2EE architecture
- Expert understanding of design and implementation of relational databases, preferably using Oracle and SQL Server.
- Experience with App Servers such as Weblogic
- Experience with server design issues including reliability, performance, scalability, and security.

Digital Harbor is looking for a talented Solutions Product Manager with 5+ years experience at enterprise software organizations catering to the Retail and/or Government and/or Healthcare services industry (or relevant experience in one or all the listed domains).
The role will involve defining new solutions on top of Digital Harbor’s EIM Platform and for creating the materials that communicate the capability and value of these solutions to the domain customers. Materials would include writing MRDs and PRDs, use cases, demo storyboards, slides, white papers, and related content. Other functions may include but are not limited to Competitive Review, Win/Loss Analysis, Writing market requirements (MRD), and serving as the solution expert in customer meetings.
This individual will become an expert on the solution and be the primary champion who can speak internally and externally about the pain points, value proposition, partners, messaging, etc. A key part of the role will involve working day-to-day with large scale SI and ISV partner organizations who help round-out the solution and provide a channel to take it to market.
The ideal candidate will have a product management background and/or consulting orientation (pre- or post-sales). This is a solution definition role, not a marcom role and not a technical product management role.
The ideal candidate would also have experience defining, marketing, selling, or delivering industry solutions for a financial services software company. Relevant experience defining industry solutions on top of our EIM platform software is also desirable (e.g. rules or event processing, integration, BPM, portal, business intelligence).
Because the individual will be defining solutions that will be used to penetrate accounts or expand within accounts, the candidate must be a quick learner with the ability to understand customer use cases and articulate how Digital Harbor’s software can be used to create business value.
This individual will work in an entrepreneurial environment that involves both individual contribution and driving initiatives through virtual teams across the marketing, product management, services, and sales organizations.
A strong vision of what different types of our industry targeted customer end-users want in their applications and a reasonable technical understanding will be valuable attributes.
This individual must be highly intelligent and self-motivated, and have the passion and vision to execute in a fast-moving environment.
Minimum requirements:
